I recently contracted an artist to make a sign for my Cottage. I was told that it would take a few weeks to complete. It arrived in just under 3 weeks. If hypothetically nearly four months had passed and the sign has yet to arrive it would be fair for me to think that I was being scammed by the artist would it not? Losing trust for the artist would be a fair feeling wouldn't it? I wouldn't be out of line asking for my money back either, right?

I mean how could a few weeks turn into 4 months or one third of a full year?
