Nice! Court documented settlement talks!

It would be hard to deny the reality of them...

I have mentioned a high level lawyer friend of mine's opinion... a settlement is absolutely in CCGI's best interests at this juncture after the loss and appeal loss rulings!

"Never chance a damage award by a judge whose decision you appealed and lost!"
