I am very aware of the Constitution and the intent of the founders. It was not to have a bunch of lobbyists writing laws and Congress voting on laws they hadn't read, let alone studying them and understanding the implications of what they were voting. This practice has gotten us the Federal reserve,the bank bailouts, and Obamacare... and many more monumental failures and wasted tax payer money. This is the best way to cut government down to size - get rid of lobbyists and their money and favors.
