That is what I call "writing off everything" including the kitchen sink. A la CISCO, I think that there are there at least $200 MM of future expenses there charged against this quarter. They must have said, what the heck, we are going to take a goodwill write down of $400 M, then why not add to that few more future expenses. The market will call these "one time events" (though they are left with another $850 MM or so of goodwill...) and shrug it off.
