I believe it's the refinance of the debt, combined with yet showing a strong track record of quarterly #s .. that is keeping BAA down. I'm sure where they are located has some influence.

I feel confident they'll take care of the refinance and quarterly #s because they have control over this and eluded to as well .. political environment, not so much. Although feel their social contribution has strengthened their position as well as Baiyan investing $100M. If the location was SO unstable why would a Chinese investor piss away that kind of money. I am sure Baiyan is a bit closer to the situation than us.
