I just spoke with the Reorg department at Ameritrade regarding EVSI's R/S. I was told that they now have information that the R/S was approved and will definitely be taking place but the actual date has not been set yet (in their info). I also ask about the HISC spin-off shares but they still only had the original preliminary info without details.
Here is another interesting tidbit. I was told that the R/S would not show up in an Ameritrade account (if you owned shares) for 2-3 days after the actual action and that your shares would be untradeable during this period for shares purchased prior to the action...Hmmmmmm! This is NEW! RedCloud
