Mr. Simmons is a seasoned oil and gas industry professional with more than thirty years hands-on global experience in a variety of roles ranging from deal creation, development and execution to investment research, analysis and advising. He was founder of Loosbrock Offshore in 1987, an offshore drilling rig brokerage and advisory company and has served as a director, partner, and executive for a variety of companies. Mr. Simmons is a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M.
