chenzo, I believe you fail to understand my post

Many have questioned the BOD at Peregrine Pharmaceuticals and compare those like SK to other Big Pharmas

Other Big Pharmas have Billions and politically connected for the most part.... so = all is well ... most times as they have plenty of money to pay fines

Now with Peregrines BOD and I'll use SK since he is the CEO, all I meant was the sabotage in Fargo re: Phase IIb NSCLC expedited the whirlwind trip thru hell .... yet, they are working their way out

So lets wait before some cast their vote on SK
