Yes Sir, the judge has the ultimate power to decide what he thinks will be right in ARIOQ case. He doesn't case what the plan says, he will look at it and see if he agrees, most likely he won't.

Should I mention OJ? The judge decided he was not guilty and everyone else knew he was LOL
