You are correct, CP. At the ASM in 2014, Dr.Garnick did say that 500k+ pages of the rolling BLA had already been submitted. Jay was there, and can confirm that, if he was in the room at the time. Threes and exwannabe can prove us wrong, I assume....I always thought it was unfortunate that Dr. G's 45'-1 hour presentation was not transcribed, replete with his slides, and presented as a PR as part of the ASM proceedings. Both my wife and I thought the presentation was very educational, and she is an M.D., J.D who works every day in relation to FDA filings in the medical device arena of 510ks and PMAs among other tasks.
