According to the Press Release dated June 9, 2016, NXGH is acquiring Tel3 from Arik Meimoun.

However, as of June 16, 2016, Tellza Communications claims to own Tel3.

Perhaps management would be so kind as to clarify this discrepancy for the shareholders. A call to Gary Clifford of Tellza should clear this up...
