That's exactly what I had to wade through to get the information and it's a lot more than 40 pages of bull. If you want to find out if you can rely on my post you're going to have to do the work. A little effort is a price an investor should be happy to pay.

But if it helps, there's no one date. There was a series of notes and the terms changed several times over the years. It wasn't easy for me to dig it out. The job was made more difficult by the delay between the time the original notes were made and the time the company finally saw fit to file them.
