Actually the other co CEO has not screwed up yet - he actually is moving the trial and looking at the low visibility - he took quick action to uplist.It has shown multiple pre-clinical trial results.
All investors understand that next step is waiting for is results from only trial.

He is man of few words - does not send e-mails to individual investors to create confusion and mixed signals.

Look at Leo - while he is moving trials - he moved co from QB to pink - did not inform SH. He informed Few on this board that he does not want to uplist due to shirters. Then he decided to uplist and applied without meeting pre-requisite. In process he screwed up uplisting which hundreds of companies have done with no issues. All this has impacted SP for more than a year. He has not built credible BOD and runs the co as non- professional outfit.

So he has given enough reasons to SH to question his effectiveness as a CEO (he cannot be just a project manager executing trials - which you will find many)
