Well I read your "long" post <wink>

and you seemed to spend a lot of time and energy trying to make the argument that
timing the inclusion of the RUSSELL 2000 will somehow make the difference...

I believe it is a contextual matter..

If everything else is lined up in CTIX favor (we have the right valuation fundamentally and
we have the right pps reflecting this value etc.).. and when it is time to uplist.. then yes..
timing the uplist to be included into the right indexes would make sense...

but it is only one SMALL piece of the puzzle.
