Sorry but being on the Russell does not result in an automatic increase in SP. go look at XXII, the cigarette co. The same thing was said there, "once we are on the Russell this thing will fly!". It is kind of like the old wive's tale that changing the CUISP will force shorts to cover. They also went through the uplist process and are still where they are SPwise. Neither uplist nor Russell helped their SP, it just allowed for a different level of trading/manipulation IMO. There are no guarantees these things you state will help the company SP.
