What is important - moving co forward by uplisting with r/s if needed OR protecting Leo's ego because he once said no r/s.
As has been said - in the end market cap is what is considered when SP appreciates or BO happens. (The buying co negotiates the value ie mc that they are willing to pay and it translates into price based on o/s shares)
What the uplisting after r/s will do is - allow many more to invest in the co and increase price higher allowing co to carry secondary offering.
If co does not have right product, no news on progress or bad news - it will tank - it will tank more on pink than Nasdaq.
So no r/s push is illogical at the best.
- Leo paid more fees to keep the uplisting process On but did not care to move out of pink to QB. If partnership does not come in next 2-3 months - we are looking at more dilution and downward mivement
