I could definitely take awhile but I have a feeling that Obama will try and get the sanctions lifted on Cuba before he leaves office to put him in the history books sort of speak.
By law, all claims must be settled before sanctions can be removed. Even a fractional payout like you mentioned could still get us $8 a share.
And the thing I really like is that we have a very well known CEO and its still active with the NY sos.
