We know for sure the AS is 5 million. So that means you would own at least 1% of the company and get 1% of the 48 - 200 million dollar payout. I think the OS is a lot smaller than the 5 million AS though. Anyone know how we can get a hold of the TA? Wonder if we can get it from the NY sos?
