bidrite, not at all. Even BETTER the market has not allowed PPHM to upset it.

Several times in a row now. So if you know there is a problem then you only go there if you can handle it. PPHM must be know understand that there is a problem they CANNOT handle (at least not alone) and that then it is better to get in-line and make money the other way.

And yes, since we know now, with hindsight, that the PII initial numbers were 113% over SOC and statistical significant and safe and that those numbers were NOT used to file with the FDA but the conservative combined arms at 60% better then the SOC we sure have what it takes (after our salvaging and knowing the PII was a double blinded registrational clinical trial).

We now have 178 patient results (double blinded) more in 2 arms (89/89 first look-in) which is more then the PII in 3 arms (41/40/40 = 120). We have a Fast Track on top of that granted on the salvaged data.

And for what happened, the control arm outperforming, PPHM has provisions and agreements with the FAD included in the protocol. What more do we need?

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
