ku, I am on a thin line with that. Actually I want to be on BOTH sides of the line at the same time but that is impossible.

On one side I say they have everything for filing for a BLA and in my opinion if what they have told us about the provisions they have a good chance to pass. So my brain says: pass=approved=production=commercial sales=PPS up in the short term. We all want that don't we.

But I also realise that if PPHM does that they disrupt the market. Chemo's are all out of patent protection and generics between 10-30% of the original are available and do NOT come from BP. BPs invested billion dollars in their new Immuno-Therapy pipelines, mainly oncology, and in related patent protection. With Chemo+Bavi combo's around non of them will ever score in I-O mono therapy. Look at Opdivo, beaten hands down by Chemo+Bavi results (even the conservative 60% improvement in PII) while Bavi was sabotaged in the process.

So BP and possibly the FDA know that Chemo+Bavi would delay research in I-O tremendously because of the increased investment risk. Every single BP knows that if one of them gets Bavi (PPHM) all others will depend on them and they ALL want their cocktail/combo components in their control.

Therefor on the other side of that thin line I say that given the current market situation (not that of Q4/2012) PPHM must approach the market with Bavi+I-O in such a way that all BPs may have a peace of the cake. Call it the "PAX-BAVITUXIMAB". It will be a FAR more lucrative path but it will require a biginning of prove and confirmation of Dr. Brekken's findings in pre-clinical (the mice all dying from old age after two consecutive infections of which only the first one was treated). The PI's are that strategy IMO.

So I am not going to be to quick to support the 'FIRED' theory. You know, as I posted before, that I don't hold BoD/Management responsible for an ANOMALY in a CT's control arm in a double blinded clinical trial in which they could not interfere and while they took pro-active measures for exactly these types of event. But it is of course easy to sell to the newbie....Management this, Management that, etc. I know many of you do not share that point of view, no problem, but I look at my investment and what I believe and try to avoid to be cluttered by all the nonsense on here sometimes.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
