This is actually a very good and relevant question. My guess is, they are not. And when they pr'd rollies, it was based on a very loose handshake with a cultivator. They are still following the mda model with rollies, but they need someone to let then be the agent and resell their product with branding that doesn't appear to be trademarked by mcig.
