By the way, since ECNC does not consolidate or control Powerclick as indicated by its accounting methods, then I think that the lawyers in any class action lawsuits would go after the people that keep the books of Powerclick (ie. whoever does the accounting for Powerclick, which I don't think is ECNC, but Powerclick). If there was any discrepancy, then there could be a he said/she said in my opinion. eConnect could say "That was the information provided to us by Powerclick. We were only relying on their information that they provided to us. We don't keep the books of Powerclick". This would be the same case for Top Sports SA. I honestly believe that eConnect doesn't keep the books for these companies for if it did, then the enities would probably be consolidated with ECNC.
