I always thought so, but some seem to interpret it differently.
Must be that "new math" they teach the kids these days.
It will become clear for All, I mean 100 % of us next week.

I don't get it, does ALL mean 100%?

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
