i think too, that there wasnt any dilution in to the markets for a very long time, shareholder since September 2014 @ TTCM and i really never saw share selling in to the markets. And iam watching daily level2, further the Sp is up and keeps high, very low volume, all those confirms to me that there wasnt any diluting in to the Markets. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TTCM/profile

But sure that Co issued shares to third, example the 14M to Photosweep with the buyout, sure that the +60 Accredit Investors holding also its share certificates would i think.

And once the annual 2015 should be out, even the Q1, we will imo exactly know what was issued and to whom.

This Co acct again different in compare with all other pink stocks, Co is able to get payed from Accredit Investors and does not dilute a share in to the markets..Very unique!! And i prefer this way!

Even, they could have big dept, but so long there is no share selling in to the markets, its all good with me.
