That's a rediculous statement. Basic math.. a fraction is anything less than 1 unit. One share is one unit. A fractional owner would own a percent of the company, airplane, boat, real estate etc, such as what you are trying to refer to.. Twisting words to fit your agenda is not real math.
When searching for fractional shareholder, numerous links such as Investopedia and other like "dictionary" type sites for investors, ALL refer to fractional as less than one share. None say a fraction of a company.
Please stop trying to confuse people with these absurd statements.
Once the final court date has passed, we shall all know what they are really trying to say in the documents..till then, I'll continue to hold my position and read what the next person has to say about it..
