Can you provide a BP where they had multiple trials where their drug failed because the control arm over performed by 20-40% of historical data.

Why should I make I make such a list? Large variations in control arm are very common given that patient population makeup and previous treatment history for patients all play a role in survival in both control AND in treatment arms. That is why the control arms are added, because historical controls vary a great deal.

This is about PPHM and you have no idea how much the control arm supposedly beat historical controls.

Pphm has had 2-3 out of their most recent 4-5 trials.

The only one I see where historical controls supposedly exceeded historical results was Sunrise, and right now that is just conjecture as nobody knows if, or by how much the control arm beat the unreliable historical control arm data.

As a lover of science doesn't that concern you.

As a scientist by profession, I deal with factual data and extrapolate based on those facts. By your own fact based words, PPHM keeps failing in trials as a treatment. The one possible exception is Sunrise, but that is only an unsubstantiated possibility since the data hasn't been released.
