2)FHAL may trade on Monday or it may not. If it does., its the last day and tuesday FHAL would turn into CVSU.ob.Now, CVSU.OB couls start trading on Monday too.
3)the 60-90 day thing that you heard pertains ONLY to the market makers concerning short positions. You and everyone else will be able to trade on day 1. MM;s have 60-90 days to cover their inside positions.
The 10K is what will show everyone if $15 is under or over valued. the 10K will come after trading is halted per the CEO;s own words.,
