NNVC? Still waiting for any proof of "fraud" here. We've heard the claims for 3 years plus - and still there is no evidence from the most vocal proclaimants.

I agree there are lots of question marks and poor communication regarding scale-up, timelines, over-optimism, occasional exaggeration and and the lot, but no crimes or fraud.
