geocappy, I wonder to what extend BP would agree PPHM/Avid to produce commercial Bavituximab in a wide network of factories. That on itself could be a big additional resource of revenue.

PPHM has the know-how, they have the master molecule, they have the facilities and knowledge to quickly and CHEAP (at a fraction of the price according CEO King) open more facilities and the molecule production has NOT been disclosed.

If PPHM abandons that idea of KEEPING a pcs of the marked (US was mentioned) for themselves then the above scenario would be acceptable because they would NOT compete with their own clients. Actually you could see that approach as staying involved in the GLOBAL sales of Bavituximab (and later BetaBodies).
