A lot of debt conv. are due this month at a 40% discount to the lowest closing price. I bet Joel is beating this stock down low as he can so they can get an awesome conversion rate before they start the pump for the camp next month. Problem is I think Joel done f'd himself and won't have anymore buyers for his p&d scam.
