We are basically waiting to see how the judge rules on the motion to dismiss. It could be today or months from now. She's not under any time constraints legally. However, one would hope she realizes how this type of frivolous suit hurts the company and would want to resolve it asap.

Any word on the lawsuit? I would have thought we should have had some pre trail or dismissal talk by now?
