And you forgot about Cam. Or are you assuming Cam lost all his shares when he left? There are also Scotts family. Back when Scott was pedigree miner of the decade the shares assumed to be owned by scotts family was all the rage.

Facts are that Scott brought Dan on board all by himself. That can ONLY be done with controling interest. Scott had controling interest when Dan was brought onboard. Dan was powerless with scott in control by his own admission. Otto was brought on board by Scott as well since as explained above Dan was powerless and could not have seated Otto alone. Otto has Scotts total approval.
If all 3 are equal as you claim tell me why Scott is still CEO. After all Dan is not happy with Scott and knows that all the shareholders are not happy with Scott. It would be a very simple move to fire Scott and would increase the share value and confidence. Dan and Otto could do it now. They could have done it when Dans money was being "stolen"
They havent removed Scott because THEY CAN NOT. Scotts control is absolute.
