we said he no longer has control since Otto arrived.

So Scott had control until Otto came? Can you tell me who lost control? Because it is my understanding that Otto is a long time share holder.
Which means that he was as much in control last year as he was this year.
Cam may be gone from the directors seat but that doesn't null his shares.
So if the theory that Cam and Scott out controlled everyone then nothing has changed unless Otto has taken Cams shares away somehow.

Maybe he bought Cams shares and if that is the case he needs to fire Scott.

Thing is we don't know how or if it happened. If anyone does they are in possession of insider info.

And yes I asked Dan and he would not tell me insider holdings as I stated he wouldn't.
