MarketReader: Again, just more ammo for a potential court case, fines, investigations and possible jail-time against him if what he's stated isn't true. Wouldn't you say?

IMO, nobody in their right mind would so blatantly open themselves up to that type of potential harm to themselves and their family just to make a quick buck.
