Happy Hour Times:
Friday: 2PM to 6PM and 8PM to 9PM
Saturday and Sunday: 5PM to 10PM

Good question, and i'll post this directly to BobZ so that he can
clue us in on how its handled. If he doesn't want to change the
code for this just yet, he could change the hours above to allow
an extended time frame into the midnight hour Pacific Time so
that most all freebies (usa) would be tucked in bed with Teddy Bear :o)
(ie)
Friday: 2PM to 6PM and 8PM to 3AM(est)
Saturday and Sunday: 5PM to 3AM(est)
but,
the 6PM to 8PM would still be that hic-up of exceeded until 8PM.
