Scott, wasn't it reported that Fox et al had taken on the NV lawsuit with a contingency provision?

Also, what defense is needed on the patents? If JnJ's 105 patent was the king pin of strips and it is now lost, why would there be any other producers attacking DECN for infringement as there would be only a limited chance of success?
