Having tracked both for a long time now. Here are two basic observations. When ktovw is very low 1.00-1.50. The market is willing to pay a premium for warrants. Seen it on way up and now again on recent drop. Current warrants at 1.40 + 4.13 = 5.53. Current Ktov is 4.70. That is 80 cent premium.

But when price of ktovw was 2.00+. I rarely seen a premium. In most cases, it was actually cheaper or exactly step by step with price.


Imo, the later will happen at really high prices like 20. But, will have to see what happens and could be influenced by type of news out, etc..
