ELGL has no filings. It is not an SEC registrant.

The laughable documents it pays to post on the OTCMarkets website are not "filings", as OTCMarkets is not a regulator. OTCMarkets doesn't even call them "filings". They call it "disclosure", which is hilarious considering how obviously fabricated and fake they are.

And fraudulent.

I guarantee no legitimate lawyer was within 10 miles of those "filings".
