JAZZ acquires CPXX for $30.25/sh in cash—a 73% premium to Friday’s closing price:

This is a tender offer, and CPXX insiders accounting for 18.4% of the shares outstanding have agreed to tender, making consummation of the deal very likely. The nominal deal value is $1.5B.
