I'm thinking $16.00 plus for warrants... The price for warrants should be the share price minus the exercise price for example $20.00 share price - $4.13 exercise price = $15.87

Again this is example in giving of KTOV at $20.00 and a warrant exercise price $4.13 to give us a net $15.87 PPS per warrant in the above example!!

HUGE upside here in KTOVW & KTOV!!
