TMO has been of a buying lately primarily because they are expanding their life science group. Their growth and financials are fine, maybe a little high on their goodwill number.

They've been buying back stock as of late.

The Old Fisher Scientific company was extremely stodgy prior to meeting up with Thermo Electron in 2006.
