BMY <<whom in very high places does Dolan have dirt on?>>
I had assumed Lou Gerstner, but big Lou came and went, and Dolan still survives.
I don't think Dolan has the goods on anyone. I think BMY just exemplifies the absolute worst outcomes of the old-boys-and-girls club of BODs in the Fortune 500. The executive committee is comprised of the Peter, Robert Allen, and James Robinson, longtime BMY inbreds, who must be completely without conscience. I suspect they lead the others by the nose, and any thoughts of resistance or boat-rocking are completely anesthetized by the gravey train.
And speaking of conscience, how about that Louis Freeh? Willing to whore his good name as part of BMY's shallow, transparent, and frankly embarrassing attempt to paint itself as upstanding..... yuuucck! Of course, good Mr. Freeh serves on the "Corporate Governance" committtee. How sad.
Must stop typing. ... Getting nauseous.
