The chart looks horrible.

Both 50D MA and BB midpoint are acting as major levels of resistance.

The top is clearly in now.

Especially with the classy Mike James selling at .31 on Wednesday

The fear of the Reverse Split + Insiders bailing + No reschedule = going down
