Yes.

And they have very little cash and need to build Nevada out quickly to prepare for rec MJ -- they need over $13M to do that.

There are other factors as well that have been alluded to on this board...

And this is why I am watching from the sidelines right now.

The risk/reward ratio is not currently to my liking.
