"Yeah, it was at 55,000,000 and now it mysteriously moved up slightly to 56,205,000."

Why is that mysterious? It just means that someone placed a new sell order to sell 1,205,000 shares, and that was added to the 55,000,000 shares that people already wanted to sell. This is not rocket science.
