i dont know this guy cook but these are valid issues and i would hope that mr mcbride who we all know reads this daily, could explain or have some sort of comment about this.
it also would be the right thing for mr mcbride to do to substaniate in whether or not he did buy those shares.

his silence can only be taken as a no. and that what all the detractors are saying is true about him.
i personally feel that the fact that he is on probation is as good as saying he is guilty of fraud, no matter what the court adjudicated. which we all know is just a technical term. people arent put on probation when they are innocent.
so is he still a fraud?
his silence pretty much answers that one.
lets hope they are all wrong and hes man enough to step forward and tell us what is exactlly going on.
and the company will give us some numbers on how the production run is going and explanations about why the fathers day promo never happened as stated.
i know this sounds neg but kens post and all these other issues are valid and should be addessed.
any OBJECTIVE THOUGHTS anyone?
