I haven't got time this morning to correct your numbers but you are basing your glorious assumptions on the fact that the billions come in without further dilution. You said yourself it frees up shares to acquire many things. Each share they issue dilutes and they will have to issue B shares to make deals because sellers aren't going to be stupid enough to allow a second RS dilute them!
