BMY – Peter Dolan must have dirt on people in very high places. I’ve never seen a CEO in a non-family-owned company keep his job in the face of as many criminal investigations as BMY has had in the past few years.

I can’t imagine what the company did vis-à-vis Plavix to warrant a new criminal probe, but I suspect we’ll be hearing more about it.
