Read the lawsuit. Musclepharm breached the contract. They owe them $20 plus million for product already delivered and $40 million for product produced but Musclepharm couldn't take delivery of and/or that was remaining under the contract terms.

What is stupid is the way Musclepharm is trying to do business.
