A change in the float doesn't necessarily mean dilution, it could just mean previously restricted stock is entering the market.

U seem to be so confident that there is significant dilution and that it is a problem. Why is it so hard to show me where it is filed or why it is happening? It's not like stock is just falls out of the sky. There should be a reason for the dilution and the amount clearly stated in a filing!

So far I haven't gotten and answer to my question. The best I got was something like "there is dilution because there is"
